Did you or your coworkers or family forget how big you used to be first. I want others to see me as I am now and not constantly think of me as the previously fat girl (when I get to goal). How can I discipline myself?
I'm trying to maintain a healthy weight for my size but I keep eating way over my calorie limit! I'll end up eating up to 2,500 a day instead of being around 1600.
