I keep losing the same two pounds - TOTAL SELF SABOTAGE!
Hello, I've been using this site for about 5 months and I keep losing the same 2-3 pounds. Everytime I lose a little, its like I then give myself permission to eat unhealthy again. Does anybody else experience this?? What can I do to get over (or under) those two pounds? Thanks :happy: Madpie

ZUMBA dvd suggestions?
Anyone have any good suggestions for zumba dvd's? Can't ever seem to make it to the scheduled classes where I live they are like 30 minutes away. I just joined yesterday because a friend from FB said she was having good luck watching her calories. I'm ending the first day with my calories over my limit:( I do have to say though if it wasn't for watching my calories, I'm sure I would have ate more and wouldn't have done any exercise to try and get my number down.
