What was your morning workout?
4 rounds of ab and core (each round is 5 exercises like flutter kicks, planks etc) 3.5 mile run MOnday was awful though we did like calistentics and a 7 mile run I was like :noway:

S.B.F. Challenge. . .July 9
Morning! Today I was going to go to spinning, but. . .I overslept. (pretty bad, because the class starts at 9) So, I'll go to the gym and do some other cardio (elliptical, probably) later. I want to exercise more but I feel to lazy.

My arms make my whole body look FAT!
Hi I'm new to this site and was wondering if anyone has some good exercises for arms? I find that my arms are what make a persons body either look fatter or thinner then they really are. Beginning running again and I just went out and bought my first real pair of great running shoes ever! Paid the 100 bucks for them and tried on a lot of shoes and had two guys helping me. So now I run in the mornings, should I wear them the rest of the day to work in or just take them out for the run in the mornig?

I feel like doo and I don't want to exercise....

Don't mean to offend...
I don't want to offend anyone... but why is "sex" not an option under fitness. I was told you can easily burn 200 calories... I would add it, but maybe someone knows why it's not an option?!? Or do you think it should be an option?!? :ohwell:
