Six 10-minutes or straight 60 minutes?
I am not able to make it to the gym today and have a packed day with work and kids, etc. I was trying to get in 10 minute high cardio exercising breaks while I'm working. Is the benefit less than doing straight 60 minutes? I know that something is better than nothing, at least I hope so. What do you think?
