Sugar
I just switched my food settings to show carbs, fat and sugar. For breakfast I had two pieces of toast, a bowl of weight control oatmeal and a cup of milk. I'm already almost at my sugar limit for the entire day!!! What's the deal, is this really acurate??

I only have 5lbs left to lose and I was just looking at my suggested calorie intake and it keeps telling me that if I eat 1200 cal a day I should only lose .3 lbs a week, but I have it set at 1lb a week? I'm just curious to see how everyone else is doing it. I try and record before I eat it so that I don't have to go in and up my serving size. I always feel guilty if I have to go in and say that I ate 2 of something instead of just one. Do you record you food before or after you eat it?

Peanut Butter --------------> Me
