First Weigh-in since I started
Well, this morning marks the first completed week of good choices/exercise! I stepped on the scale and whoo hooo....I was down 2lbs! Now if I can lose 2 more I will break through the 180's. I'm working hard for week 2. I'm beginning to:love: myself already!!

Over the past week for some reason food has seemed so freaking evil. I kinda dropped off the wagon!!!!! Especially whenI hit the melting pot. I am one thousand percent back on track.
