Mental Block
I just responded to someone else’s thread about weighing and measuring to take the guesswork out of logging. I know this is solid advice, but for many months I haven’t been taking it. Has anyone else had these mental blocks preventing them from doing something they know works? Why does this happen? What did you do to shake…

How exactly do BMIs work, practically?
I'm 172 centimeters, 5"7 I think. According to the Australian Heart Foundation's BMI calculator, at 118 pounds I would be healthy at 18.7, but at 117 I would be underweight at 18.3. Why would losing one pound take away .4 from the total number? I'm 123 currently and don't look anywhere near underweight physically, although…

Kg to stone and lb
Hi. Hoping someone may be able to help? My scales are stating one measurement in kg and then because I'm old school I like to see it in stone and lb. Why would this fluctuate so much from what the calculation actually is? My kg suggests 14.7st and if I convert on the scales it says 14.10.. very confusing.

Is It Over Yet? The Perimenopause Thread
So I'm in a very weird place. Specifically, it's called perimenopause. I feel like this category warrants its own thread, since technically, we have not achieved menopause (12 months without a period) but we never know what's going to happen, when...and we only loosely why. (Or is that just me?) So, who's on board? Get on…
