Upset stomach with running?
Does anyone else experience and upset stomach when they run? It never fails I get a couple miles into a run and my stomach starts going crazy. I don't know what's causing it. I've tried both eating and not eating before a run. I try to eat bland food before runs but nothing seems to change it.

I am so excited! My parents bought me a Nordic track 990 for an early Christmas gift and I am over the moon! The delivery guys brought it this morning and set it up for me. How many days should one workout
How many days a week should one workout when they want to lose weight and get tone. Right now I work either 5-6 days a week for and hour to and hour and a half. I have friends who only workout 3 days a week for an hour and watch what they eat and are losing more weight then I am with working out 5-6 days a week. Any advice?

Cal. burned...which to use HRM or MFP
What's better to use? Your cals burned via a Heart Rate Monitor or MFP's estimate? I have my HRM set to 35 fit..and I put in my weight and sex. MFP's cal. estimates are lower then my HRM.
