Feeling some soreness
I am in the recovery week of the second phase of P90X. I am on day 57 and have been bringing it from the beginning. For the last few days though I feeling really sore. My muscles and joints are HURTING. Mainly in my knees and hips, a bit in my lower back. Am I missing something in my diet? I don't believe it is an injury…

How to accurately record exercise without a HRM?
I walk/jog for 30-40 minutes a day, equaling two miles. While walking I walk what I consider to be very fast - meaning that it is easy to transition from my walking speed to a jog.
