does anyone else experience this? i really want to be healthy and stay within my limits but sometmies i just fall off the wagon BUT its only ever with sweets/choc, never fried food or cake or anything. its weird and its always my downfall! i cant go more than about two days without doing so, what am i doing wrong!! thanks!

This was a big day for me! I actually got up at 5:00 a.m. before school and spent another 50 minutes on the eliptical machine and burnt 532 calories. This is huge because it is always harder for me on the second day after a hard workout the day before. The site and the journals are a big help. I wish everyone great success…
