New book
I just received a new book that really opened my eyes when it came to eating out. It's called "Eat This not That" if you have the chance to get a copy you will be glad you did. I got it off of Amazon marketplace. It was used but in excellent condition. I believe it was put out by Men's Health Magazine.

Low Sugar Breakfast??
Help! I'm looking for some yummy breakfast ideas that don't contain a lot of sugar. I'm really trying to watch my sugar intake and just a glass of milk has almost half of my recommended sugar intake. What is 100grams equal to?? I thought it meant a cup! So all this time I have been eating a cup of ham! Then I look it up today and says its only about half a cup.. not even! Half a cup is 140 something grams!! Can someone put in perspective what 100g looks like! Is it roughly 3oz of meat??

too much protein???
I keep going over on my protein daily count. I am a vegetarian and eat a lot of soy which is full of protein. I am wondering if going over on the protein and under on the calories will even things up a bit. Or is it ok to go over on the proteins as long as they are skinny proteins such as soy?
